MIT was founded in 1992 by Mr. Krutesh Thakkar, and the following 25 years it has grown into one of the leading construction consulting practices. MIT started out as a small firm that has grown tremendously by accepting every challenge that came in it's way.

The goal of the firm is to provide quality professional services in the field of construction and project management. Over the years, the firm has undertaken consultancy assignments for a variety of projects, viz., Commercial, Residential Units, Private Bungalows, Mix Development, Academic institutions and providing Architecture consultancy for various projects recently.

The staff is grouped in teams that follow projects all the way through from concept to completion. Each team comprises of team leaders and team members with expertise in various aspects like project management, execution etc. MIT believes excellent quality in work is produced from careful study and research, combined with technical knowledge and artistic judgment.

Through our unique integration of strategy, technology and creative implementation, we have successfully solved many complex set of challenges while delivering significant value for our clients. PRACTICE

The practice is experienced in consulting a wide range of building types including: office, residential, education, leisure, retail, civic and healthcare. A ‘Think Tank’ philosophy is employed at every level, to enable design and management leaders to collaborate and contribute their individual expertise. Weekly meetings – open to all employees – provide a vital forum for discussion of current competitions and on-going projects, as well as a platform for creativity and new solutions appropriate to each design.

The firm provides Consulting and Project Management services for variety of construction works across the Country. Architectural department has been recently inducted in the firm, thereby meeting all the needs of project from conceptualization to execution under one roof.
